Records Access Officer Attorney General’s Office One Ashburton Place, 20th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Rush: I have received the petition of Wilson Suero appealing the nonresponse of the Attorney General’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 5, 2026, Mr. Suero requested the following records: [1] Any records, reports, case lists, or databases compiled by the Office of the Attorney General in connection with its investigation of [an identified individual’s] misconduct that reference, include, or relate to [an identified case number], [an identified case], or any drug evidence originating from a Methuen, Massachusetts arrest on or about December 31, 2007[;] [2] Any portion of the Attorney General’s investigative report into [an identified individual’s] misconduct that identifies the methodology by which affected cases were identified, listed, and processed for dismissal - and any portion referencing Essex County or Lawrence District Court cases[;] [3] Any communications between the Office of the Attorney General and the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, the Lawrence District Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, or the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services concerning the identification, classification, or dismissal of [an identified case number] as [an identified individual]-affected case[;] [4] Any records reflecting the Attorney General’s determination that [an identified case number] should be dismissed, nolle prossed, or otherwise resolved on the basis of [an identified individual’s] misconduct[;] [5] Any public reports, press releases, or official statements issued by the Office of the Attorney General identifying the legal standard applied in determining which [an identified individual’s] cases were subject to automatic dismissal versus those requiring further proceedings[;] One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us

SPR26/1225 Page 2 April 6, 2026 [6]The complete investigative record - to the extent disclosable - of [an identified individual’s] specific conduct at [an identified location] between the years 2003 and 2012, including any records identifying specific cases she processed, the methodologies she employed, and the dates on which her fraudulent work was performed[.] Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Suero petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1225, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Suero with a response dated March 23, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
