See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 3, 2026, Mr. Irwin requested, “…records produced to [an identified individual] under request 2025-0138.” The Department responded on March 17, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Irwin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1280, was opened as a result. In an email dated April 9, 2026, Mr. Irwin informed this office that “… the Town has provided the requested records. I would therefore withdraw this appeal.” Accordingly, I now consider this administrative appeal closed.
