The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records April 21, 2026 SPR26/1282 Adrian Walleigh, Esq. Counsel, Public Records Officer Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 300 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Walleigh: I have received the petition of Judith Reilly appealing the response of the Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities (Office/EOHLC) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 16, 2026, Ms. Reilly requested, “copies of the Executive Director Salary Calculation Worksheets submitted by the following local housing authorities for their 2024, 2025, and 2026 fiscal years: Brookline, Chelmsford, Quincy, Taunton, and Worcester. I would prefer PDF copies sent by email. . .” The Office provided a response on April 6, 2026, which included responsive records. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Ms. Reilly petitioned the Supervisor of Records, and this appeal, SPR26/1282, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Office provided a supplemental response in an email to Ms. Reilly and this office on April 10, 2026. Following the Office’s supplemental response, in an email to the Office and this office on April 10, 2026, Ms. Reilly stated, “I consider my appeal . . . to have been closed by the EOHLC providing the requested . . . documents, and I thank the Supervisor of Records for its assistance.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Judith Reilly One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
