See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 19, 2026, Mr. Hardiman requested the following records “between the dates of 3-18-23 through 3-18-26[:]” [1] [A]ll email correspondence, including any attachments, (to and from) any email(s) ending with: @longmeadowma.gov which were sent to or received by . . . two [identified] email addresses . . .[;] [2] [A]ll invoices paid to Air Cleaning Specialists of New England LLC[.] The Town responded on March 19, 2026. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Hardiman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1283, was opened as a result. Subsequently, in an email to this office on April 9, 2026, Ms. Hardiman stated, “[p]lease cancel the appeal. We received the documents yesterday afternoon.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
