See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 17, 2026, Ms. Rickmon requested “the ending account balances for all municipal accounts, enterprise funds, and stabilization funds for the close of fiscal years 2024 and 2025, and any available figures for FY2026 to present[.]” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Rickmon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1301, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Rickmon with a response dated March 30, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Rickmon has appealed the Town’s March 30th response resulting in a new appeal, which is currently opened as SPR26/1472.
