G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the City furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Shannon McDonald. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L.c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On March 30, 2026, Ms. McDonald requested numerous categories of records relating to an identified address. In an email to the City on April 14, 2026, Ms. McDonald stated, “I would like to amend the petition down to only records created from September 2025 and onward.” In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the City’s petition for an extension of time and to charge for time spent segregating or redacting responsive records.
