See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 30, 2026, Mr. Pacy requested the following: [1] [D]ocuments related to the District Leadership Team (DLT) meetings within the Shrewsbury Public School District, specifically for the period of January 9, 2026 to April 16, 2026. The records I am requesting include: [a] Agendas and meeting notes for each DLT meeting during the specified time period[;] [b] All invoices, purchase orders, and receipts related to DLT meeting expenses (e.g., food, drinks, setup, presentations, special guests, etc.)[;] [c] Electronic copies of any presentations used during these meetings[;] [d] Any printed or distributed materials provided to district employees at the meetings[;] [e] Budget line items (including the name of the account and cost center) used to record and allocate the expenses for these meetings[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Pacy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1380, was opened as a result. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Mr. Pacy with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
