See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 20, 2026, Ms. Mullaly made the following request: For each Town Department “participating” in the relocation of their FY2027 Budget Request for gasoline, oil, diesel, or combination to the 422-Highway Department / Account #01422675407 Fuel Depot, please direct me to/provide me with each Department’s original FY2027 Budget submission inclusive of:  Department name,  Account # for fuel (gasoline, oil, diesel, combination of),  Original FY2027 Request amount for type of fuel requested[.] The Town responded on March 20, 2026. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Mullaly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1381, was opened as a result. In a subsequent email to this office on April 14, 2026, Ms. Mullaly stated, “[a]s I now, have the information requested, I withdraw my appeal.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
