See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 23, 2026, Mr. Brodsky requested the following records between January 1, 2021 to March 23. 2026: [1] Harassment and Life-Safety Records (November 2024): All internal records, emails, and memos regarding the November 8, 2024 letter/notice I provided to the LHA. This includes all internal communications discussing my reports of threats, harassment, and the perpetration of crimes, as well as any LHA responses (or lack thereof) to my warnings that these dangerous conditions were continuing[;] [2] Management and Incident Records [an identified unit]: All records, internal emails, and communications regarding the management of [an identified unit], including maintenance logs, damage reports, and incident reports[;] [3] Internal Surveillance and Security Directives: All internal LHA records, security timesheets, memos, and directives involving Securitas Corp or LHA Security regarding specialized monitoring or “extra security detail” at my addresses. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Brodsky petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1478, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Authority has provided a response. Accordingly, the Authority is ordered to provide Mr. Brodsky with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
