See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2026, Mr. Quemere requested, “[t]he most recent version of the Framingham Police Department Rules and Regulations.” The Department provided a response on March 23, 2026. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1495, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Quemere with a supplemental response on April 22, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s March 23, 2026 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s April 22nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
