G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Town furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Meredith Dunn. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On May 20, 2026, Ms. Dunn requested “records for the so-called Village Off Main / Adams Street 40B project” and related records and correspondence between multiple Town departments, public bodies and employees using 37 different search terms. In an email to this office on June 4, 2026, Ms. Dunn indicates that she is withdrawing her request. In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the Town’s petition for an extension of time to produce records in responding to the request.
