See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 3, 2026, Ms. Bousquet requested, “. . . a complete copy of any and all educational and behavioral records maintained by the Sutton Public Schools regarding [an identified individual] currently enrolled at Sutton Elementary School. . . . Please ensure that this search encompasses all records created, received, or maintained from March 1, 2026 to the present date by any and all district staff. . . .” The School provided responses on June 8, June 16, and June 21, 2026. Unsatisfied with the responses, Ms. Bousquet petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/2332, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. Bousquet with a further response on June 23, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s June 8th, June 16th, and June 21st responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Bousquet may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s June 23rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
